초등국어 임용고사의 실태와 개선 과제

Actual Condition and Improvement Subject of Elementary National Language Appointment Examination

이 연구의 목적은 초등국어 교사의 자질을 평가하는 임용고사 문항의 실태를 고찰하고 개선 과제를 제안하는 것이다. 먼저 초등국어 교사의 자질을 지식, 기능, 태도 범주로 나누어 살펴보고, 그런 다음 2008년~2009년 초등국어 임용고사 문항이 초등국어 교사의 자질을 제대로 평가할 수 있는가를 분석하였다. 그 결과 현행 임용고사 문항은 초등국어 교사의 자질을 타당하게 평가할 수 없는 것 으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 개선책을 제안하였다. 첫째, 초등국어 교사의 자질에 대한 논의와 합의가 있어야 하고, 그러한 자질요소 중에서 중요도가 높은 자질 요소를 추출할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 초등국어 교사의 자질을 타당하게 평가할 수 있는 문항이 개발되어야 한다. 셋째, 초등국어 교사의 자질 범주 중 ‘기능’영역에 대한 평가를 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 선다형 문항을 서술형이나 논술형 문항으로 전환해야 한다. 다섯째, 초등국어 교육의 실 제에 부합할 수 있도록 여러 가지 자질 요소가 통합적으로 요구되는 응용 문항이 많이 출제되어야 한다. 여섯째, 임용고사 문항과 답안에 대한 최소한의 정보가 제공되어야 한다. 마지막으로 장기적인 개선 과제로 수습교사제를 도입하여 일정 기간 동안의 지속적인 평가 체제를 구축해야 한다.

The goal of this research is to investigate the actual condition of the appointment examination a question which evaluates the quality of teacher who takes charge of a national language education from the elementary school and to present a improvement subject. First divided with knowledge, function and attitude category the quality of teacher who takes charge of a national language education from the elementary school. After like that I analyzed the evaluation a question in 2008 and 2009 appointment examination to know whether will be able to evaluate the quality of teacher who takes charge of a national language education from the elementary school. As a result, the evaluation a question in current appointment examination appeared with the fact that will not be able to evaluate quality of that. On the basis of this fact, it is presented a following improvement task. First, there must be agreement and discussion about quality of teacher who takes charge of a national language education from the elementary school. Second, quality of that teacher will be able to evaluate properly, a question must be developed. Three, `functional\ evaluations in quality categories of that teacher must strengthen. Four, we must change the current multiple choice type with the statement type question item or description type. Fifth, the application a question which integrates the quality of that teacher must be made setting. Six, minimum information must be provided about the appointment examination a question and an answer. And must construct the setup will be able to evaluate continuously introducing probational teacher system control with the improvement subject which is long-term and period of certain period.
