예비교사의 수업기술 향상을 위한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 활용 모형 연구

A Study on Model of Using Computer Simulations for Improving Pre-service Teacher\ s Teaching Skills

이 연구의 목적은 예비교사의 수업기술 향상을 위해 전통적인 수업실습인 교육실습과 마이크로티칭에 수업 시뮬레이션을 통합하여 활용하는 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현재 양성과정에서 수행되고 있는 교육실습과 마이크로티칭을 활용한 수업실습의 특성과 제한점 및 수업 시뮬레이션의 특성과 장점이 문헌분석을 통해 탐색되었다. 모형 개발을 위해 2개의 수업 시뮬레이션(동기유발기술 및 훈육기술 향상 시뮬레이션)이 선정되어 전문가 5명과 예비교사 23명으로부터 타당성 검증을 받아 사용되었다. 문헌분석 결과와 23명의 예비교사 설문을 기반으로 모형의 시안이 개발되었으며, 전문가 평가 결과에 따라 수정, 보완되어 최종 모형이 완성되었다. 이 모형은 실험적 수업 실습(laboratory-based practicum)과 실제적 수업 실습(field-based practicum)이 예비교사의 수업실습에 성공적으로 연계되어 활용되는데 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to develop a model using computer simulations which is integrated with traditional field-based teaching practicum and microteaching for improving pre-service teachers’ teaching skills. The merits and limitations of the teaching practicum and microteaching which are being used were summarized from literature review, and specifics and merits of teaching simulation were explored. Two teaching simulation of motivating skills and discipline skills were selected and used for developing the model, and these simulations were examined for validation by 5 experts of teaching simulation and 23 pre-service teachers. A draft of the model was developed based on the literature review and analyzing the answers of the questionnaire from 23 pre-service teachers. The draft was modified according to experts’ evaluation and finally developed. This model is expected to contribute successfully connecting the laboratory-based teaching practicum and field-based teaching practicum and being used for teaching practice of pre-service teachers.
