초등학교 육상부 지도교사가 겪는 갈등과 해결방안

Conflict of Athletic Club Teachers in Elementary School and a Plans for its Solution

본 연구는 초등학교 교사들이 육상부 지도를 하면서 겪게 되는 구체적인 갈등에는 어떤 것이 있으며, 그 해결방안이 무엇인지 알아봄으로써, 육상부 지도를 하는 초등교사의 노고를 이해하고 정상적인 초등학교 체육 수업 운영을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 제36회 전국소년체전 육상 대표선수의 지도교사 5명(남4명, 여1명)을 연구 참여자로 하였고, 심층면담, 관련 문서 수집을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석 방법은 사례기록법과 귀납적 범주 분석 방법을 이용하였고, 자료의 진실성 확보를 위하여 연구 참여자에 의한 검토, 동료 간 협의를 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 교사가 겪는 갈등으로써 정체성과의 갈등,초등체육 목표와의 갈등, 학생의 학습권과의 갈등, 동료교사와의 갈등, 결과에 대한 갈등이 있었고, 해결 방안은 교사들의 사기 진작책 마련, 학생들의 수업권 보장, 스포츠클럽 활성화를 통한 선수 선발이 제시되었다.

The purpose of this study was to look over conflict which athletic club leaders in elementary school have experienced and to present plans for its solution. Research participants as the subjects of study were 5 athletic club teachers(4 men and 1 woman) in D metropolitan city, and research data were collected through various methods including in-depth interview, and literature survey. As data analysis method, a case survey and an inductive category analysis were made, and to validity and reliability of the data analysis were obtained from review and triangulation with participants. As the results of research, it\ s found that as main conflict types for teachers, there were conflict types shown relating to their identity, to the objects of elementary physical education, to learning right of students, to fellow leaders, and to the results of their efforts, and as plans for its solution, these options were presented: preparation of incentives in an effort to encourage teachers; security of a learning right for students; and players-selection through the revitalization of sports club.
