위키 기반 혼합학습 환경에서 학습자 특성이 학습효과에 미치는 영향

The Relationship between the Learner s Characteristics and Learning Effectiveness in the Wiki-Based Learning Environment

본 연구는 위키 기반 혼합학습 환경에서 학습자의 학습동기와 학습공동체 의식이 학습효과인 학습과제 수행과 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 위키를 활용한 혼합학습 환경에서 4년제 대학생 61명을 대상으로 1학기동안 수업을 실시하였고, 학습동기검사, 학습공동체 검사, 학습과제수행검사, 수업만족도검사 등을 실시하였으며 연구문제에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 학습동기와 과제 수행 간에는 정적 상관이 있었으며, 수업만족도와도 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 학습공동체의식과 과제 수행 간에는 상관이 없었으나 수업만족도와는 유의한 상관이 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 위키 기반 수업환경에서 학습자의 학습동기와 학습공동체의식을 고려한 수업환경이 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the learner s motivation and sense of community that affect the performance of the learning task and the instructional satisfaction on the wiki-based learning environment. Research objects consist of the group of 61 university students and the instruction was taught for one semester in the wiki-based learning environment. Motivation test, Classroom and School Community Inventory, and the Effectiveness Testing for wiki-based Learning were administered for finding out the relationship between the learner s characteristics and learning effectiveness in the wiki-based learning. The results of the study can be summarized as following: 1. There would be a significant correlation between the learner s motivation and performance of the learning task and appeared to have a statistically significant correlation between the learner s motivation and the instructional satisfaction. 2. There would be no correlation between the learner s sense of community and performance of the learning task, but appeared to have a statistically significant correlation between the learner s sense of community and the instructional satisfaction. According to the results, it implicates that the instruction to consider the learner s motivation and sense of community in the wiki-based learning will improve the effectiveness of learning.
