A Research of Factors Deciding Users Satisfaction Level of National Lifelong Learning Survey Statistics

본 연구의 목적은 국가수준 실태조사통계 이용자만족도를 결정하는 통계품질요인을 밝히는 것이다. 만족도 조사를 한 결과, 첫째, 평생학습실태조사통계의 이용자만족도 수준은 2007년도 신생통계임에도 불구하고 통계이용자들에게 적합하게 작성되었으며 만족도가 대체적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 이용자만족도 수준을 결정하는 통계품질 요인들이 이용자들의 집단 특성을 타당하게 구별할 수 있는지 검정하기 위하여 판별분석을 실시한 결과, 통계품질 요인가운데 접근성/명확성이 전문이용자와 일반이용자를 변별해주는 가장 좋은 판별요인으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 평생학습실태조사통계 이용자만족도에 영향을 미치는 통계품질차원은 정확성, 관련성, 접근성/명확성, 시의성/정시성의 순서로 영향을 미치고 있다. 비교성과 일관성은 영향력이 매우 빈약한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

The purpose of this research was to clarify the statistical quality factors deciding the level of satisfaction among users of the statistics of nationwide survey research. The results of this research were as follows: First, high in general was the level of satisfaction of National Survey of Lifelong Learning users, which was estimated properly even though it was based on the new statistic data in 2007. Second, discriminant analysis was performed to clarify statistical quality factors of users satisfaction level for distinguishing users group characteristics. As a result, it turned out that accessibility/clarity among the statistical quality factors were the best factors to distinguish professional users from common ones. Third, ranking lists of statistical quality dimensions affecting the level of satisfaction of National survey of lifelong learning users were accuracy, relevance, accessibility/clarity, and timeliness/punctuality.
