에니어그램을 활용한 진로탐색 프로그램이 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Career Exploration Program Based on Enneagram on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of University Students

본 연구의 목적은 에니어그램을 활용한 진로탐색 프로그램이 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 위해 김해에 위치한 대학교 학생 24명을 선정하여 12명은 실험집단에 나머지 12명은 통제집단에 배치하였다. 진로탐색 프로그램은 연구자가 진로탐색과 관련된 자료와 에니어그램을 활용하여 재구성하였다. 이를 총8회기로 나누어 실험집단에 실시하였으며, 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 진로결정 자기효능감 전체 및 하위영역인 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결, 미래계획의 모든 영역에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 에니어그램을 활용하여 먼저 자신에 대한 올바른 이해를 바탕으로 한 진로탐색 프로그램을 실시한 것이 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상시키는데 유의미한 효과가 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위하여 에니어그램을 활용한 진로탐색 프로그램이 적극적으로 활용되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of the career exploration program based on Enneagram on career decision-making self-efficacy of university students. 24 students from a university in Gimhae were selected for this study. 12 students were placed to experimental group, and the other 12 students were placed to control group. The career exploration program was developed based on materials related to career exploration and Enneagram by researcher. The career exploration program made up 8 sessions was operated to experimental group. The results of the study are as follows. The total score of career decision-making self-efficacy of experimental group is higher than control group s score. The scores of goal selection, career information, problem solving, future plan which are sub-factors of career decision-making self-efficacy of experimental group are higher than control group s scores. The career exploration program has an effect on enhancing students career decision-making self-efficacy because the program designed as students understand themselves by using Enneagram very beginning of the program. In conclusion, the career exploration program using Enneagram should be utilized to improve university students career decision-making self-efficacy.
