장애유아 부모의 역할지능이 행복감에 미치는 영향

Impact of Parental Intelligence on Happiness in Parents of Preschoolers with Disabilities

본 연구의 목적은 장애유아 부모의 역할지능과 행복감과의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 장애유아 부모의 역할지능이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위함이다. 본 연구는 장애유아 부와 모 각 241명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 연구도구는 부모역할지능검사, 행복감 척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애유아 어머니의 부모역할지능과 행복감 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 부모역할지능 하위요인 중 격려, 수용은 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 공감, 증진, 합리적 권위, 융통성, 거부, 통제는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애유아 아버지의 부모역할지능과 행복감 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 부모역할지능 하위요인 중 합리적 권위, 거부, 수용은 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 공감, 격려, 증진, 융통성, 통제는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the parental intelligence and happiness of parents of preschoolers with disabilities in an effort to determine the influence of their parental intelligence on happiness. The subjects in this study were 482 selected parents whose children suffered from disabilities. The instruments used in this study were a parental intelligence test and a happiness scale. The collected data were analyzed by a statistical package SPSS 22.0, and Person product-moment correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis were utilized. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there was a significant positive correlation between the parental intelligence and happiness of the mothers who had young children with disabilities. Among the subfactors of parental intelligence, encouragement and acceptance were influential, and empathy, promotion, rational authority, flexibility, rejection and control exercised no influence on that. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between the parental intelligence and happiness of the fathers who had young children with disabilities. Among the subfactors of parental intelligence, rational authority, rejection and acceptance were influential, and empathy, encouragement, promotion, flexibility and control had no impact on that.
