예비아버지의 ‘건강한 육아’에 대한 인식 탐색

Exploring the Recognition of Prospective Father s Healthy Child Caring’

본 연구는 예비아버지가 인식하는 ‘건강한 육아’에 대해 살펴봄으로써 ‘건강한 육아’의 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 P시에 거주하는 무자녀의 미혼, 기혼 성인 남성 97명을 대상으로 개방형 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 예비아버지들이 인식한 ‘건강한 육아’는 육체적, 정신적, 사회적 측면으로 나타났다. 이를 살펴보면, 예비아버지들은 육체적으로 건강하게 자녀를 키우기 위해 몸에 좋은 먹거리와 건강한 생활환경을 제공하고, 어릴 때부터 운동을 습관화시키고, 아프지 않도록 건강을 체크해주어야 한다고 나타내었다. 그리고 정신적으로 건강하게 자녀를 키우기 위해서는 아이가 아이답게 신나게 뛰어놀 수 있도록 하고, 아이가 원하는 바를 알고 행하도록 지지해주며, 아이와 함께 많은 시간을 보내며 유대관계를 맺어야 한다고 보았다. 또 사회적으로 건강하게 자녀를 키우기 위해서는 바른 인성을 길러 주고, 타인과 두루 잘 지내도록 지지해주며, 건강하고 안전한 사회를 만들어주어야 한다고 드러내었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 예비아버지가 인식하는 ‘건강한 육아’의 방향에 주목해봄으로써 육체적 정신적으로 균형 잡힌 육아의 방향이 국가적 차원에서 육아의 흐름이 되기를 기대하며, 부모와 교사, 지역 사회가 유기적으로 연결된 생태교육 시스템을 구축하여 ‘건강한 육아’를 실천하는 것이 필요함을 제안하였다.

This study is to provide basic data to search for the direction of ‘healthy child caring by recognizing the perception of ‘healthy child caring by selecting a prospective father. To do this, an open questionnaire survey was conducted on 97 prospective father. As a result of the study, I mentioned the contents of ‘healthy child caring by physical, mental, and social aspects of health. In terms of physical health, it has been shown that providing good food and healthy living environment, habituation of exercise from childhood, and checking health not to hurt. In terms of mental health, it has been shown that the child is allowed to play with fun as a child, to support the child to know what he wants, to spend a lot of time with the child and to establish a bond. In terms of social health, it has been shown that building up the right personality, staying well with others, and creating a healthy and safe society. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to build and implement an ecological education system in which healthy child caring is viewed from the point of view of life, and parents, teachers, and communities are organically connected.
