청소년 사회적 책무성 척도 개발 및 타당화

Reliability and Development and validations of the Social Responsibility Scale for adolescents

본 연구는 청소년들을 대상으로 사회적 책무성 척도를 개발하고, 이에 대한 타당 도와 신뢰도를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 소재 고등학교에 재학 중 인 고등학생 293명을 대상으로 하였다. 사회적 책무성 척도는 ‘배려’ 요인, ‘감사’ 요 인, ‘공동체 의식’ 요인, ‘리더십’ 요인 4개 요인으로 구성되었다. 본 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 수행하였으며, 이를 토대로 구성된 사회적 책무성 척도의 수렴타당도를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 탐색 적 요인분석을 통해 사회적 책무성의 척도는 16개 문항의 4개 하위요인(배려, 감사, 공동체 의식, 리더십)으로 구성되었으며, 하위요인별 신뢰도는 .71∼.84로 나타났다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 사회적 책무성 척도는 ‘배려’ 요인, ‘감사’요인, ‘공동체 의식’ 요인, ‘리더십’ 요인으로 최종 확인되었으며, 사회적 책무성 척도의 전체 신뢰 도는 .86, 하위요인별 신뢰도는 .71∼.84로 나타났다. 셋째, 수렴 타당도를 검증하기 위해 사회적 책무성의 4개 하위요인들은 또래관계(신뢰, 의사소통), 플로리시, 주관 적 안녕감, 학교만족도와 유의미한 정적 상관을 지니는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 본 연구 결과를 통해 타당도가 입증된 사회적 책무성 척도는 고등학생들의 사회적 책무성 진단 및 시민의식 성장을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to develop the Social Responsibility Scale(SRS) for adolescents. The scale was consisted of four sub-factors(i.e., ‘caring’, ‘gratitude’, ‘community spirit , and ’leadership’). Participants were recruited to validate the reliability and validity of the SRS. Participants (N=293) were used to generate the factors through exploratory analysis. It resulted in a scale of four factors which contained ‘caring’, ‘gratitude’, ‘community spirit , and ’leadership’ dimensions. Second, confirmatory factor analysis of the scale(N=293) yielded four factors (‘caring’, ‘gratitude’, ‘community spirit , ’leadership’). Third, a convergent validity was supported through correlations among the SRS and students social competence, peer relationship, flourishing, subjective-wellbeing, and school satisfaction. Implications of this study were discusses in terms of educational settings.
