대학생의 성인애착유형과 자기격려가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Adult Attachment Style and Self-encouragement on Career Identity for University Students

본 연구는 대학생의 성인애착유형과 자기격려가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 확 인하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 216명에게 성인애착유형, 자기격려, 진로 정체감의 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 상관분석과 중다회 기분석을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과, 성인애착과 자기격려는 진로정체 감에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 성인애착유형 중, 승인 요구는 진로정체감에 부적인 영 향을 주었으며, 정서적 격려는 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 분석결과에 대 해 선행연구과 관련하여 논의하고 상담 및 교육장면에서의 시사점과 제한점 및 후 속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of adult attachment style, self-encouragement on career identity. The participants of the study were 216 undergraduate students from university. The three instruments used in this study were adult attachment style, self-encouragement and career identity. The results of this study are as follows: Adult attachment style had a significant effect on career identity and self encouragement on career identity was significant. The effect of need for approval which is a sub-element of adult attachment style on career identity was significant and emotional self encouragement on career identity was significant. Based on these results, implication for research and practice were discussed.
