SNS기반 지지모임을 활용한 긍정심리 증진 프로그램이 보육교사의 직무만족도, 소진, 교사효능감에 미치는 영향

Effects of the Positive Psychology Enhancement Program Using a SNS-based Support Group on the level of Job Satisfaction, Burnout, and Teacher-Efficacy of Childcare Teachers

본 연구는 SNS기반 지지모임을 활용한 긍정심리 증진 프로그램이 보육교사의 직 무만족도, 소진 및 교사효능감에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울시 에 위치한 보육 교사 18명(실험집단 8명, 통제집단 10명)이었으며, 실험집단 교사에 게 주 1회 면대면 교육과 SNS기반 지지모임을 활용한 지원을 병행하여 지원하는 1 단계 프로그램을 8주간 적용하였으며, SNS기반 지지모임을 단독으로 활용하여 지 원하는 2단계 프로그램을 주당 1가지 주제로 6주간 적용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, SNS기반 지지모임을 활용한 보육교사 긍정심리 증진 프로그램은 직무만족도 향상 에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, SNS기반 지지모임을 활용한 보육교사 긍정 심리 증진 프로그램은 소진 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, SNS기반 지지모임을 활용한 보육교사 긍정심리 증진 프로그램은 교사효능감 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 SNS기반 지지모임을 활용한 긍정심리 증진 프로그 램은 보육교사의 직무만족도와 교사효능감의 향상과 소진감소에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

The Purpose of this study is to develop a positive psychology enhancement program for childcare teachers a SNS-based support group and execute the program to verify its efficacy, The participants were composed of 18 childcare teachers who worked in the Seoul area(8 in the test group and 10 in the control group). For them, the 1st phase program lasted for 8 weeks, with 1 task for each week. On the other hand, the 2nd phase lasted for 6 weeks, which also had 1 task for each week. Issues extracted from the results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the positive psychology enhancement program using a SNS-based support group was effective in enhancing the teachers job satisfaction. Secondly, the positive psychology enhancement program using a SNS-based support group was effective in reducing burnout among the teachers. Thirdly, the positive psychology enhancement program using a SNS-based support group was effective in enhancing the teacher-efficacy.
