NCS 직업기초능력에 대한 대학생 교육요구도 분석

Needs analysis about NCS vocational competency in University students

이 연구는 대학생 직업기초능력 항목의 현재수준과 중요수준을 파악하고 우선적 으로 고려해야 할 직업기초능력 항목을 구명할 목적으로 수행되었다. 서울 소재 5개 종합사립대학 재학생 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 1,189부의 응답자료를 수 집 및 분석하였다. 응답자료는 t검정, Borich 요구도 및 The Locus For Focus Model 분석기법을 활용하여 직업기초능력 우선순위 항목을 도출하였다. t검정 결과 직업기초능력 모든 항목의 중요수준과 현재수준이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었 으며, 우선순위 분석결과 10개의 직업기초능력 항목 중 ‘자기개발능력’, ‘의사소통능 력’, ‘문제해결능력’ 항목이 가장 우선적으로 고려해야 할 항목으로 도출되었다. 이 연구결과를 대학생 직업기초능력 교육요구로 활용할 수 있으며, 교육과정 및 프로그 램 개발 등 향후 대학생의 직업기초능력을 효과적으로 개발할 수 있는 대학생 직업 기초능력 교육운영 및 실천전략에 관한 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to conduct university students needs analysis of key vocational competency in NCS(National Competency Standards, NCS). This study is to figure out vocational competency recognized by university student among sub-element of vocational competency components and priority of sub-elements of vocational competency. This study aims to provide basic data for the university student curriculum in order to develop university student vocational competency. Based on 1,223 data returned questionnaires, analysis was performed in tri-level procedure utilizing a paired T-test, Borich`s Needs Analysis, The Locus For Focus Model to derive the educational needs and priorities in university student`s vocational competency education. As a result of the paired T-test analysis, a significant difference in recognition levels between present and needs were founded in all components in vocational competency. The analysis for 3 priorities were conducted through Borich`s needs value. In accordance with the The Locus For Focus model, ‘self development’, ‘problem solving’, ‘communication’ was identified as the highest priority sub-factors of vocational competency to university student. According to the result of this study, it is expected to be used as the basic data to develop the university vocational curriculum and the program for student and clarify the elements that should be primarily deal with vocational education in order to develop student`s competency.
