국가직무능력표준의 직업기초능력 함양을 위한 문제기반학습 프로그램 개발

The Development of the Problem based Learning Program for Enhancement of Professional Basic Ability in National Competency Standards

본 연구는 국가직무능력표준 내의 직업기초능력을 함양하기 위하여 문제기반학습 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 관련 문헌분석, 사례연구, 요 구분석 등을 통하여 프로그램 개발의 방향, 목표, 내용, 방법, 도구 등을 추출하고 이를 바탕으로 프로그램의 초안을 마련하였다. 이후 관련분야 전문가들에게 프로그램 초안 에 대해 내용타당도 검증을 1차적으로 받고, 프로그램 수정 사항에 대해 질적으로 평 가를 받았다. 이를 바탕으로 프로그램을 1차 수정하고 이를 다시 대학생들을 대상으로 적용하여 프로그램의 완성안을 구안하였다. 완성된 프로그램은 전체적으로 사전활동, 본활동, 사후활동으로 구안되어 있다. 사전활동은 프로그램에 대한 안내, NCS와 PBL 에 대한 안내, 팀활동 등을 하고 본활동에서는 NCS 직업기초능력과 관련한 문제상황 을 제시하고 이를 해결해 가는 과정을 통해 직업기초능력 10가지가 고루 발달할 수 있 도록 구안하였다. 사후활동은 이러한 역량 함양이 지속적으로 이어지도록 변화관리를 중심으로 구안하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 통하여 향후 국가직무능력표준을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발에 있어 구체적인 방안을 제시해 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 각 교육기관 및 산업현장에서 NCS 교육을 위한 단서를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the PBL program to enhance of professional basic ability in national competency standards. For this purpose, I studied NCS, professional basic ability, and PBL of theoretical study. I also derived the current issue of research topics and the vision, direction, etc. of this research through the results of theoretical studies and interviews. Next, I built a concrete strategy of program activities based on the results of a needs analysis. The program, based on the results of the research, was composed of core activities process, times, performance goals, core performance activities, learner support elements, core promotion activities, learning environments, and learning tools. Accordingly, I made the program and applied to some of the students. As a result, it highlighted effectiveness.
