고추 F₂에 있어서 開花所要日數의 遺傳力과 早期收量과의 相關

Heritability in Days to Flowering and Correlation with Early Yield in F₂of Red Pepper

本實驗은 고추에 있어서 早生系統을 選拔하는데 必要한 基礎資料를 얻을 目的으로 遂行되었으며 兩親品種「2520」및「Hot Portugal」과 이들의 F₁그리고 F₂, B₁(F₁×P₁) 및 B₂(F₁×P₂)를 供試하였다. 開花所要日數에 있어서 廣義의 遺傳力은 79.455%이고 狹義의 遺傳力은 76.602%로서 매우 높았고 이에 關與하는 有效遺傳子數는 2雙으로 推定되었다. F₂있어서 開花所要日數와 早期收量과의 相關係數는 r=-0.851**로서 높은 負의 有意相關을 나타내었다.

This studies were carried out to obtain the basic information for the selection of early varieties of red pepper. For this studies F₁, F₂, B₁(F₁× P₁) and B₂(F₁× P₂) with parents were used as materials. Heritability value of days to flowering was comparatively high and its value was 79.455% in the broad sense and 76.602% in the narrow sense. The number of genes governing this quantitative character was estimated as two. There was higher negative correlation between days to flowering and early yield in F₂and its value was -0.851.
