According the pattern of leaf ba secloration of F₁ plants, their parents were classified into 4 groups, such as, O, C, A and CA. In F₂ generation, the segregation rasies such as 9 : 7, 3 : 1, 40 : 24, 54 : 10 and 171 : 85 were observed. The good fit of 1 : 1 ratioin a small population of BC₁F₁ may imply that the genetical differences between the colored and colorless varieties are relatively small.
