인문계 고등학교 진로진학상담교사의 직업생애사에 대한 연구

A Study on Occupational Biography of Career and Admission Counseling Teacher

입시 위주로 무한경쟁은 고등학교의 원래 취지와는 그릇되어 많은 부작용이 나타 나고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 2011년 진로진학상담교사 제도 시행으로 고등학교 진로 교육의 새로운 흐름이 시작되고 있다. 고등학교에 진로진학상담교사가 배치되면서 진로교육, 기획, 상담 등 다양한 진로교육이 진행되고 있다. 진로교육은 학생들의 미 래설계에 중요한 영향을 줄 수 있기 때문에 진로진학상담교사가 진로교육에 대해 어떠한 경험을 하면서 정체성을 형성하는지에 대한 직업생애사 연구는 의미가 있다. 연구결과 진로교육의 정책 방향의 혼란과 진로진학에 대한 인식의 차이 등으로 진 로진학상담교사는 어려움을 겪고 있지만 다양한 주체들과의 상호작용을 통해서 진 로진학상담교사로서의 정체성을 형성하고 있다.

There are many side effects from excessive competition in entrance examinations in a high school. However, an educational program for a career has changed this situation since 2011. As career counselors started to work at high schools, there are various educational programs for high school students. The result about what experiences a career counselor do and how a career counselor form their identities is significant. Because a career education is important for students to plan for their future. The result showed that career counselors had a problem with different views about a career and a policy on a career education made them confused but they were forming the identity of a career counselor.
