Seven parents and their 21 F₁ hybrids by the 7×7 diallel crosses were evaluated for trypsin inhibitor activities. Thirteen kinds of STI(soybean trypsin inhibitor) were detected in all materials, 3-11 kinds of STI in each variety or hybrid seed line were evaluated, respectively, Partial dominance was exhibited by STI No.3, No.4 and No.5 and over dominance was exhibited by STI No.6 and No.7. However, The distribution and the frequency of the genes concerned with each trypsin inhibitor were differ varieties and cross combinations.
