반성적 사고가 초등 신규교사의 수업에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Reflective Thinking on Instruction of Novice Elementary Teachers

이 연구의 목적은 반성적 사고가 신규교사의 수업에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 파악하는데 있다. 이 연구를 위하여 두명의 신규교사를 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 각 교사마다 5차시의 수업을 실시하였으며, 자료수집은 수업동영상, 저널쓰기, 면담을 통해 이루어졌다. 신규교사의 수업을 분석한 결과 두 교사의 초기수업은 교사중심의 수업으로 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. J교사는 학생과 단절된 교사중심 수업이었고, S교사는 안내가 부족한 교사중심 수업이었다. 반성적 사고 과정을 거치면서 두교사들의 수업은 긍정적으로 변화한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 학생중심의 수업방향으로 변화하였으며, 학생의 이해를 돕고 사고를 촉진할 수 있는 상호작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 반성적 사고가 신규 교사의 수업 전문성 발달에 긍정적 변화를 끼칠 수 있는 중요한 요인이 될 수 있음을 보여준다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of reflective thinking on instruction of novice elementary teachers. Two novice teachers were selected for this study and they respectively had gave five classes. Data was collected video record, journals, interview. The results of this study are as follows: First, the first stage instructions of novice teachers revealed teacher-based instruction. Second, reflective thinking had positive effects on instructions of two novice teachers This study found that novice teachers reflective thinking was influencing factor. And this study suggest that reflective thinking should be developed by novice teachers.
