Inheritance of Leucine Aminopeptidase, Esterase and Peroxidase Isozymes in Pinus koraiensis

The present paper contains a description of inheredity of leucine aminopeptidase(LAP) esterase(Est) and peroxidase(Px) isozymes in endosperm tissues(n) from germinating stage of Pinus koraiensis. Three zones of LAP activity(LAP-A, LAP-B and LAP-C) are separated in the gel. The analysis based on the banding patterns are estimated two alleles at each locus; LAP-A locus is controlled by A₁, and A₂, LAP-B locus by B₁ and B₂. and LAP-C locus by C₁ and C₀, Two esterase loci(Est-C, Est-E) assumed to be controlled by three alleles; Est-C(C₁, C₂, C₀) and Est-E(E₁, E₂, E₀). Two peroxidase loci(Px-B. Px-D) are estimated to be controlled by two alleles; Px-B(B₁, B₀) and Px-D(D₁, D₂).
