중장년층 직업교육훈련 참여자의 교육 만족도가 교육 성과에 미치는 영향 분석

The effect of educational satisfaction of middle-aged vocational education and training trainees on educational achievement

이 연구의 목적은 중장년 취업 아카데미 과정에 참여하고 있거나 수료한 중장년층 직업교육훈련생을 대상으로 이들이 인식하고 있는 직업교육훈련 만족도가 직업교육훈련 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 구체적으로 직업교육훈련 운영 및 과정 만족도가 교육 성과인 심리적 안정감, 개인역량강화, 고용가능성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 직업교육훈련 운영부분에서 프로그램 내용과 강사역량에 대한 만족도는 교육 성과인 심리적 안정감, 개인역량강화, 고용가능성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직업교육훈련 과정부분에서 커리어코칭 과정만족도는 심리적 안정감과 고용가능성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 경력설계 과정 만족도는 개인역량강화에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 중장년층의 재취업 및 창업을 돕기 위한 직업교육훈련 프로그램의 발전 방향에 대해 논의했다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the participants who have partaken or completed Middle-aged Employment Academy course on behalf of their educational achievement of vocational education and training. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to attain this purpose. As a result, program contents, lecturer competency and career coaching curriculum were found to be the factors contributing significant impact on psychological stability and employability as well as strengthening individual competence in training operation. Based on these findings, implications regarding the policy support on vocational education and training programs that can support successful reemployment and venturing of middle-aged generation were suggested.
