남자고등학생의 친구하위집단, 사회적 성취목표, 학습유형, 학업성취도가 학업도움 네트워크 형성에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 남자고등학생의 학급 내 친구하위집단을 식별하고, 학급 내 친구하위집단, 사회적 성취목표, 학습유형, 학업성취도가 학업도움 네트워크 형성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학급 내 친구하위집단은 대체로 4∼7명으로 구성된 4∼5개의 집단으로 식별되었다. 둘째, 학업도움 제공은 사회적 숙달목표와 청각적 학습유형 선호도가 높을수록, 사회적 수행접근목표는 낮을수록, 학업도움 수혜는 사회적 수행접근목표가 높을수록 사회적 수행회피와 청각적 학습유형 선호도가 낮을수록 더 많이 형성되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업성취도가 높을수록 학업도움을 많이 제공하고, 사회적 수행회피가 낮을수록 학업도움 수혜가 많은것으로 나타났다. 또한, 친구하위집단의 소속이 동일하고, 학업성취도가 유사할수록 학업도움을 주고받을 확률이 높아 학업도움 네트워크 형성에 대한 유유상종 효과가 발견되었다.

The purpose of this study was to identify subgroups in friends networks among male high school students and to investigate the effects of friend subgroups, social achievement goal, learning types, and academic achievement on academic help networks using social network analysis. Frank(1995) s method was used to identify friend subgroups and models for dyads and triads were used to investigate academic help networks. First, friends networks were classified into 4~5 subgroups consisting of 4~7 students. Second, for ?? models, when the goal of social competence and the preference of auditory learning type were high and the goal of social performance approach was low, more academic help was provided. In addition, when the goal of social performance approach was high and the social performance avoidance and the preference of auditory learning type were low, the tendency to receive more academic help was shown. Third, the results of * models indicated that as academic achievement was increased, more academic help was provided and the low social performance avoidance had the tendency to receive more academic help. In summary, when the academic achievement was similar and the affiliation of friends network subgroup was the same, the probability of giving and receiving academic help was higher. Therefore, we inferred that the homophily effects of academic achievement and friends subgroups were found in academic help networks among male high school students.
