It analyzed the impacts of employment structure changes on the growth and convergence of regional economy by dividing 16 metropolitan governments. It analyzed the provinces by dividing into high-growth regions and low-growth regions. And it analyzed the employment structure changes by setting into static panel models and dynamics panel models. As the result of the dynamic panel analysis, the growth gap between high-growth regions and low-growth regions was determined by the difference between the elasticity of capital per capita and the elasticity of regular workers. The convergence hypothesis of inter-regional economic power gap was supported. And the convergence rate of the low-growth regions was faster than the convergence rate of the high-growth regions, this result is supported the Neo-classical theory.
