대학생의 전공만족도와 학습몰입이 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

The Effects of University Students Major Satisfaction and Learning Flow on Their Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 전공만족도와 학습몰입이 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진 로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 위해 242명의 대학생 을 대상으로 전공만족도, 학습몰입, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동 검사를 실 시한 후 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공만족도, 학습몰입, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 간에 정적 상관이 있다. 둘째, 전공만족도 하 위요인 중 일반만족과 관계만족이 학습몰입에 하위요인 중 구체적 피드백, 도전-기 술 균형, 명확한 목표가 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 전공만족도 하 위요인 중 일반만족과 인식만족이 학습몰입의 하위요인 중 명확한 목표, 구체적 피 드백, 자기 목적적 경험이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 전공만족도, 학습몰 입은 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미친다. 두 변인 중 학습몰입이 더 많은 영향을 미친다. 이상의 내용을 종합해 볼 때, 전공만족도와 학습몰입은 진 로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동을 설명하는 중요한 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of university students’ major satisfaction and learning flow on their career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Data from 242 undergraduate students were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results and discussions are as follows. First, there are positive relationships among major satisfaction, learning flow, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. Second, general satisfaction and relationship satisfaction, sub factors of major satisfaction and unambiguous feedback, challenge-technique balance and clear objective, sub factors of learning flow effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, general satisfaction and awareness satisfaction, sub-factors of major satisfaction and unambiguous feedback, clear objective and autotelic experience exert, sub-factors of learning flow effect on career preparation behavior. Fourth, major satisfaction and learning flow effect on both career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior.
