지방대학생의 자기효능감, 진로결정수준, 진로태도성숙이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

A Study on Influence of a Local University Student s Self-Efficacy, Career Decision Level, and Career Attitude Maturity on Career Preparation Behavior

이 연구는 고용 없는 성장과 고등교육의 과잉공급, 취업난으로 인해 지방대학 학 생들은 학교이탈과 진로연기라는 위기의식에서 출발하였다. 지방대학 학생들이 진 로를 준비하고 선택하는 데 있어 자기효능감, 진로결정수준, 진로태도성숙이 진로준 비행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 지방 소재 4년제 대학 320명 을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 연구방법으로는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하 여 측정도구의 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계 분석, 단계별 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감의 하위변인 중 일반적 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로결정수준의 하위요인 중 진로결정 이 진로준비행동에 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 진로태도성숙 하위요인 중 준비성과 결정 성이 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이 연구결과는 첫째, 지방대학생들은 스스로가 긍정적인 신념과 진로결정에 대한 확고함을 갖고 진로준비를 해야 한다는 것이다. 둘째, 지방대학생들이 주체적으로 진로결정을 내릴 수 있도록 대학당국은 맞춤형 진로서비스 시스템을 구축하여야 한 다는 것을 시사한다.

This study started with local university students consciousness of crisis and career postponement caused by employment-free growth, oversupply of higher education and jobs crush. This study looked into which influence of self-efficiency, career decision level, and career attitude maturity has on career preparation behavior when local university students prepare for and choose their career. For this purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 320 students at a local four-year college. This study conducted reliability verification of measuring tools, correlation analysis, and phased multi-regression analysis using SPSS WIN 18.0 Program. The research results are as follows: First, general self-efficacy among the subordinate variables of self-efficacy was found to have a positive influence on career preparation. Second, it was found that career decision among the subordinate factors of career decision level had an influence on career preparation behavior. Third, the results showed that preparedness and decision and determinacy had a positive influence on career preparation behavior. The first Implication of these research results is that local university students should make a career preparation with their own affirmative belief and firmness of career decision. The second implication is that there is the need for the construction of a customized career service system in order for local university students to independently make a career decision.
