전문대학생의 사회적 지지가 진로장벽에 미치는 영향에서 진로결정수준의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Career Decision Making Level between Social Support and Career Barrier of College Students

본 연구의 목적은 전문대학생의 사회적 지지가 진로장벽에 미치는 영향에서 진로 결정수준의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재한 K 대학교 학생 287명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 진로장벽, 진로결정수준 검사를 실시하였다. 사회적 지지, 진로장벽, 진로결정수준의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하고, 진로결 정수준의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 매개효과의 검증은 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차를 사용하였으며 유의성 검증을 위해 Sobel(1982) 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지와 진로장벽, 진로결정수준은 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 진로장벽에 대해 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 사회적 지지가 진로장벽에 미치는 영 향에서 진로결정수준의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 전 문대학생들을 위한 전문적인 진로지도와 진로교육 및 상담의 바탕이 되는 기초자료 를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of career decision making level between the social support and career barrier of college students. This research attempted to answer the following questions: First, what are the correlation between social support, career decision making level and career barrier? Second, Does career decision making level, social support strategies affect strategies career barrier? Third, Does career decision making level, strategies act as a mediator between social support and career barrier? In order to achieve the purpose of this research, The subjects were 287 students form K college located in Busan. Correlation analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used for examining the research questions of this study. The results of this study are as follows: First, social support, career barrier and career decision making level have a correlation. Second, social support have an effect on career barrier. Third, there is partial mediation effect of career decision making level in the relationship between social support and career barrier. These results provide useful guidelines to understand the process of career development and to set up the career goal for college students.
