Phenotypic differences in progenies of reciprocal translocation T(5R/6R) with B chromosomes in rye were investigated and the results are as follows. The significant difference in days from sowing to first anthesis, number of stems, diameter of top node, length and width of flag leaf and the first leaf and seed fertilty were observed between normal(N) and translocation homozygote(T.hom.), and between translocation heterozygote(T.het) and T.hom. With increasing number of B chromosomes reduction of plant height, diameter of the top node, length of the spike, pollen and seed fertilities were observed, whereas with increasing number of B chromosomes width of the first leaf was increased. With increasing number of B chromosomes in the presence of the translocation earliness of days from sowing to first anthesis was observed, whereas with increasing number of B chromosomes reduction of number of stems in N and T.hom. was observed. The content of phosphorus in T.hom. was more than those of N and T.het. and with increasing number of B chromosomes the content of phosphorus was increased in N and T.het. The content of nitrogen in T.het. was lower than those of N and T.hom..
