대학생의 창의적 환경 및 창의적 리더십과 창의적 문제해결력 간의 관계

Relationship Between Creative Environmental, Creative leadership and Creative Problem Solving in University Students

본 연구는 대학생들의 창의적 환경, 창의적 리더십 그리고 창의적 문제해결력 간의 관계를 탐색하고자 하였다. 선행연구 및 이론에 근거하여 창의적 환경은 외생변인으로, 창의적 리더십과 창의적 문제해결력은 내생변인으로 설정하였다. 분석대상은 서울과 충청도에 소재한 대학교 학생 240명이 참여하였으며, 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0에 의해 분석되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 창의적 가정환경 수준이 높을수록 창의적 문제해결력(정의적·인지적 문제해결력, 지식구성)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창의적 학교환경 수준이 높을수록 정의적 문제해결력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창의적 환경과 창의적 리더십 그리고 창의적 문제해결력 간의 관계에서 창의적 환경은 창의적 리더십을 통해 창의적 문제해결력에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 창의적 문제해결력을 향상할 수 있는 관련 제반요인을 탐색하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims to transform abstract theory into testable theory through deep and systematic analysis. For analysis, we established the model, explaining the relationship between creative environmental and creative leadership, which influence adolescence learners’ creative problem solving, in the base of theoretical and empirical framework and conduct SEM to identify the causal relationship of suggested variables more clearly. We analyzed using SEM to identify the dynamic and direct and indirect relation of initial model which is established the relationship of all variables. The results, it was confirmed that creative environmental is major variable which affect to creative leadership. And creative leadership is also major variable which affect to creative problem solving. Finally, it was confirmed that creative environmental has direct on creative leadership and that has indirect affect on creative problem solving This study has theoretical implication for providing the theoretical basis about the generation process of problem solving on the basis of structural relationship model between creative environmental factor and creative leadership factor.
