율무의 量的形質에 대한 遺傳學的 硏究

Gentic studies on quantitative characters in job’s tears(coix lachryma-jobi L. var. mayuen STAPF)

This study was carried out for estimating genetic parameters, such as heritabilities, the phenotypic and genotypic correlations of major agronomic characters with 62 cultivars in job’s tears. Heritabilities of plant height, number of stems, number of grains, rate of ripeness, 100 grains weight, and grain yield were higher, but that of stem diameter were relatively lower. The genotypic correlation coefficients between number of grains and plant height, stem diameter, number of stems and 100 grains weight, and between 100 grains and plant height, stem diameter, number of stems and number of grains showed highly positive correlation, and number of grains and rate of ripeness were significantly correlated with grain yield, those characters gave high direct effect as same level in pathcoefficient analysis.
