Stability of yield and yield components in nine newly developed rapeseed cultivars were evaluated using data from the regional yield trials at four sites from 1983 to 1984. Genotype-environment interactions were analyzed by the modified model of Eberhart and Russell. The results revealed thar Cheongpungyuchae, which had many effective pods and relatively long ear length, was the most stable high yielding variety over a wide range of environmental variations.
