대학생의 외모만족도와 대학생활적응에서 대인관계의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Interpersonal relationship on the relation between Appearance Satisfaction and Adjustment to University Life of University students

본 연구는 대학생이 인식하는 외모만족도와 대학생활적응과의 관계를 검토하고 외모만족도와 대학생활적응 간의 관계에서 대인관계의 매개효과를 분석하여 대학생활 적응에 도움을 주기위한 프로그램 개발 및 대학생의 건강하고 원만한 학교생활을 위 한 상담 및 교육과정을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상자는 서울과 충청권 거주 대학생으로 2017년 9월 21일부터 30일까지로 총 239부의 자료를 통계 프로그램 SPSS 21.0 WIN으로 최종분석하였다. 연구결과는 외모만족도와 대학생활 적응과의 관계에서 매개변인인 대인관계의 매개효과 유의성을 검증을 위한Sobel Test 결과 Z=3.19로 외모만족도와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 대인관계의 매개효과는 p<0.001 수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생 스스로 지각하는 외모에 대한 만족도를 증가 시킬 수 있는 자기인식에 관련한 상담 및 교육프로그램을 개발하는 자료로 활용한다면, 대학생의 건강하고 원만한 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of Interpersonal relationship on the relation between Appearance Satisfaction and Adjustment to University students and presents basic data for helping University student life. A survey was held to the university students in Seoul and Chungcheong cities from September 21 to 30. 2017. of 239 copies were in the final analysis. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 for Windows was used. As a result of conducting the Sobel Test, that appearance satisfaction affect adjustment to university student life, mediating and interpersonal relationship, adjustment to university student life was shown to have increase mediation effect(3.19, p<0.001). It is need to development education program and counseling related to appearance satisfaction.
