Following the analysis of both the tourist attractions in Nam-Hae County the expecting trends around the world, Nam-Hea county is found to have a great potential as a major marine center since its beautiful sea-view surrounded by high population is considered a favorable condition. Yet a number of strategies: population increase, marine education, marine facilities supply, marine national park development, global tourism networks, should be implemented in order to become a major marine center.
