The purpose of this study is to find out the research direction and guideline by analysis on trends of marine tourism research. In order to achieve this goals, I surveyed against marine tourism research in korea on database of national assembly library. At the result, this study showed that marine tourism research in korea can be divided into nine types. In this context this study presents a typology of marine tourism research result to search research direction and guideline on marine tourism research in future.
