This study analyzed the effect of utilizing big data as environment change on tourists’ satisfaction. On-line survey using Google document tool was conducted to travelers traveling over four times a year in Gyeonggi and capital area from February to March in 2017 to collect data for demonstrative analysis. Out of the total reported questionnaires, the final 250 copies were used for the study, except for unsatisfactory 14 responses. The results are as followings. Frist, environmental change has a partial effect on utilizing big data. While the external environment and the internal environment of detailed factors of environmental change had a positive influence on the utilization of big data, the public did not influence the use of Big Data. Second, the use of Big Data has proven to affect tourist satisfaction. Detailed factors of utilizing big data have an effect and in particular, analysis and forecasting, issues and risks, and information collection have been analyzed to have a high impact on tourist satisfaction. Third, the use of Big Data has been analyzed to generate an mediating effect on environmental changes and tourist satisfaction.
