방한 일본인 크루즈관광시장 확대 전략에 대한 연구

A Study on Extension of Japanese Cruise Tourist Market in Korea

Korea Cruise Tourism Market is growing continuously since 2013 and almost of Korea cruise tourism market are Chinese Cruise Tourists. But recently the number of Chinese cruise tourists is reduced remarkably because of the prohibition order of China about visiting Korea. So the market diversification of cruise tourism is necessary and the suggestions to attract Japanese cruise tourists as follows. First, the reliable and useful information for buying the cruise tourism product should be offered on the internet homepage of the cruise industry. Second, the cruise tourism programs of local culture experience including the traditional market experience should be developed for the cruise tourist visiting with marriage partner or lover. Third, the cruise tourism guides should be trained for professionalism in order to give the reliability to Japanese cruise tourists.
