대학생의 성인애착, 진로장벽, 성취동기가 진로결정수준 및 진로포부에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Adult Attachment, Career Barriers, and Achievement Motivation of University Students on Their Career Decision Levels and Career Aspiration

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성인애착, 진로장벽, 성취동기가 진로결정수준 및 진로 포부에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 부산에 소재한 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 308명의 학생들에게 설문을 실시하였으며, 이중 305명의 자료를 분석하였 다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착의 하위요인인 불안애착은 진로결정수준 및 진로포부와 유의미한 부적상관이, 친밀애착은 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 진로장벽의 모든 하위요인들은 진로결정수준 및 진로포부와 부적상관이 있 는 것으로 나타난 반면, 성취동기의 모든 하위요인들은 진로결정수준 및 진로포부와 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착의 하위요인 중 친밀애착 및 불안애 착이, 진로장벽의 하위요인 중 우유부단 성격, 직업정보 부족, 필요성인식 부족 및 외 적 장애 요인이, 그리고 성취동기의 하위요인 중 미래지향성 및 모험심이 진로결정수 준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성인애착의 하위요인 중 친밀애 착 및 불안애착이, 진로장벽의 하위요인 중 자기명확성 부족 및 필요성인식 부족이, 그리고 성취동기의 하위요인 중 자신감, 미래지향성, 책임감이 진로포부에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들의 진로발달 과정을 이해 하고 올바른 진로목표를 설정하는데 유용한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of adult attachment, career barriers, and achievement motivation of university students on their career decision levels and career aspiration. 308 university students from a university in Busan have been selected and surveyed, and 305 students responses have been analyzed. The results are as follows. First, there were negative correlations between insecure attachment which is sub-factor of adult attachment and career decision levels and career aspiration, but there were positive correlations between closeness attachment which is sub-factor of adult attachment and career decision levels and career aspiration. Second, closeness attachment and insecure attachment which are sub-factors of adult attachment, indecisive personality, shortage of occupational information, shortage of realizing necessity, and external obstacles which are sub-factors of career barriers, future oriented personality and spirit of adventure which are sub-factors of achievement motivation influenced significantly on the career decision levels. Third, closeness attachment and insecure attachment which are sub-factors of adult attachment, shortage of self-definiteness and shortage of realizing necessity which are sub-factors of career barriers, confidence, future oriented personality, and sense of responsibility which are sub-factors of achievement motivation influenced significantly on the career aspiration. The results provides useful guidelines to understand the process of career development and to set up the career goal for university students.
