아동의 토론 태도가 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Children s Discussion Participation Attitude on Their Creative Personality

본 연구는 아동들이 인식하고 있는 토론 태도와 창의적 인성과의 관계를 알아보고 창 의적 인성에 영향을 미치는 토론 태도의 요인을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 토 론태도의 하위요인을 준비성, 규칙성, 적극성, 포용성으로, 창의적 인성의 하위요인을 도 전성, 유머성, 혁신성, 자존성, 탐구성, 개방성, 자율성으로 설정하여, 초등학교 5, 6학년 280명의 아동을 대상으로 토론태도와 창의적 인성검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 인성의 7개 하위 요인들인 도전성, 유머성, 혁신성, 자존성, 탐구성, 개방 성, 자율성과 토론 태도의 4개 하위 요인들인 토론 준비성, 토론 규칙성, 토론 적극성, 토론 포용성 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 아동의 토론 태도는 창의적 인성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 토론태도와 창의적 인성 관련 변인들에서 토론 준비성 변인은 도전성, 유머성, 혁신성, 자존성, 탐구성, 개방성 변인에, 토론 규칙성 변인은 도전성, 유머성, 혁신성, 자존성, 자 율성 변인에, 토론 적극성 변인은 자존성, 탐구성, 개방성 변인에, 토론 포용성 변인은 도전성, 자율성 변인에 대한 설명력이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 아동의 토론 태 도가 개별 아동의 창의적 인성 영역에 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of children s discussion participation attitude on their creative personality. The questionnaires were analyzed from 280 elementary school students in Daejeon and Kangwon. The data were analyzed by Pearson s correlation and multiple regression.. The results of this study were as follows: First, it was found that there are positive correlations between children s discussion participation attitude and children s creative personality. Second, there was a significant relationship between the variables of children s discussion participation attitude and the variables of creative personality. There was a highly significant relationship between the discussion preparation variable in the variables of children s discussion participation attitude and the six variables in the variables of children s creative personality.
