대학생의 스마트폰 중독 국내 학술지 연구 동향

Analysis of the Domestic Journals’ Research Trends on College Students’ Smartphone Addiction: Focusing on the Causes & Results of Smartphone Addiction

본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 자료수집과 분석은 2017년 9월부터 11월까지 두 달 동안 이루어졌다. 분석 논문은 총 104편이었고, 학술 분야, 연구방법, 스마트폰 중독을 발생시키는 원인, 스마트폰 중독으로 인해 발생하 는 결과를 분석 변인으로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 스마트폰 중독은 사회과학 분야에서 가장 많이 연구되었고, 양적연구가 101편으로 가장 많았는데 그 중에서 조사연구가 92.3%를 차지하고 있었다. 둘째, 스마트폰 중독을 발생 시키는 원인은 개인 정서 및 행동 관련 요인에서 낮은 자기 통제력이 가장 많이 나타났다. 스마트폰 중독으로 인한 결과는 개인 관련 요인의 비율이 가장 높았는데 그 중에서 우울 발생이 가장 많이 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과에 대한 논의를 제시한 후, 후속연구를 위한 제언으로 융복합 연구, 스마트폰 중독 중재 실험연구, 스마트폰 중독 조기진단 연구, 스마트폰 중독 치료를 위한 다중체계적 접근 연구 등을 제시하였다.

This study analyzed the research trends on a university student’s addiction to Smartphone. Data collection & analysis were done for two months from September until November, 2017. The number of the papers for analysis was 104 in total, and this study set the academic area, research method, cause of addiction to Smartphone, and effect of addiction to Smartphone as analysis variables. The research results are as follows: First, a university student’s addiction to Smartphone was found to be researched the most in social science field, and quantitative researches were found to be the most with 101 papers, among which a survey research accounted for 92.3%. Second, concerning the cause of addiction to Smartphone, low self-control was found to be the most in personal emotion and behavior-related factors. Concerning the effect of addiction to Smartphone, the proportion of individual-related factors was found to be the highest, among which the occurrence of depression was found to be the most. After presenting the research results as above, this study presented the convergence research, Smartphone-addiction intervention experimental research, Smartphone addiction early diagnosis research, and multi-systematic approach research for Smartphone addiction therapy, etc. as a proposal for follow-up researches.
