The genetic analysis was conducted by the segregation ratio of F₂ generation of cross combinations between resistant and susceptible rice varieties to the herbicide pretilachlor. The resistance of wx124-730-14-39 and wx199-33-12-3 to pretilachlor was controlled by a single recessive gene.
