This study suggests promotion direction of creative city for revitalization of new business in korea through the concept of creative city based on Florida s Creativity Index. The creativity index demonstrates a positive correlation among high-ranking cities with growth patterns of economic development and the ability to stimulate a business and cultural environment for technology, talent, and tolerance. This study shows the comparative analysis in the revitalization of city for new business such as Stockholm, Helsinki, Geneva, Austin, Yokohama focusing on institutional, economical, cultural, social viewpoints. This study grasps Innovation City, Innovation Clusters and the policy and implication of Company Town wholly, inspects the problems of Korea Cities revitalization plan of new business and propose the solution of those problems. Through the comparative data, we know the business environment is dependent upon interaction with different environmental factors.
