상수관망에서 개선의 우선순위 결정을 위한 운영인자

Management Index for the Decision Making of Priority of the Improvement in Water Distribution System

본 연구에서는 상수관망의 개선을 위한 우선순위결정을 위해 운영지수를 개발하고 상대적인 안전도를 평가하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저 실제 상수관망에 대한 부정류해석을 수행하였고 이를 이용하여 신뢰성해석을 수행하였다. 신뢰성해석모형을 사용하려면 여러 가지 많은 복잡한 과정을 거쳐야 하며 이는 실제 상수관망의 관리에 사용되기 힘든 요소들이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 쉽게 안전도를 평가할 수 있는 운영인자들을 개발하였다. 운영지수는 총 여섯 가지로 관두께 지수, 물 사용량 지수, 급수전 지수, 사용연수 지수, 수압 지수, 그리고 사고이력 지수 등 이다. 개발된 인자들을 이용하여 간단하게 위험도를 평가하고 최우선으로 교체나 개선을 필요로 하는 상수도 지역을 찾을 수 있었다.

In this study, management indexes have been developed for the decision of priority of improvement in water distribution system. And the safety was estimated by management indexes for the real water distribution system. First of all, unsteady analysis has been performed and results were used for the reliability analysis. Reliability model is difficult to be used for the management of water distribution system since it contains so many steps. Therefore, management indexes such as pipe index of thickness, junction index of water usage, junction index of hydrant, pipe index of service year, junction index of hydraulic pressure, pipe index of accident history have been developed to estimate the safety of water distribution system. Management indexes were used for the estimations of safety and it was able to find the weakest area of water distribution system.
