The literary industry as cultural industry

This paper tried to inquiry the possibility to industrialize the culture. In particular, this discussed preponderantly the area of literary industry that was regarded as the crisis of literature by the appearance of new technology. The industry of culture and cultural contents as the new paradigm of contemporary age has developed the publishing business of the basis of literary industry. After all, the Korean publishing achieved the external development which reached the sales of yearly 15 trillion won but had the many problems in contents. Also, the French publishing that was powerfully supported by the French government confronted with the challenge of the globalization and the new technology. However, this crisis of literary industry will be transformed into the literary industry as the originality of cultural contents by uniting it and the new media.
