A In this study, it is shown that the hotel industry is affected by the competitive advantage strategy of the hotel company and the hotel industry is surrounded by the environment of change and uncertainty like other industries. It is necessary to maintain strategic thinking to analyze the opportunities and threats of the external environment and the company’s own strengths and weaknesses as the internal environment. Strategies based on these strategic ideas should be developed by stakeholders While many actions must be selected in order to produce business performance, the actions must be linked to create synergy. In this study, we analyzed the macro environment based on the political, economic, social, and social environment in the enterprise level and the analysis of the work environment through the room division, food and beverage sector, Through the use of the maximum level of collected data, we have identified what internal and external factors are creating value of the enterprise. The hotel manager can continuously analyze these value creation factors and analyze the critical success factors and strategic activities existing in functional areas and achieve the maximum cash flow based on them. It should be possible to establish a management strategy to achieve superiority. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of various factors on the success of the tourism industry in Korea. In this study, And the introduction of means of creating value and means of competition will provide a very important value in the management of a first class hotel in Seoul.
