Appearance of internet to the infrastructure of society is getting bigger and bigger. Especially, generalization of internet users is huge since ever we seen. Now, hotel business as service market has to aim at internet marketing. This research analyzes domestic and foreign hotels that have internet web service, presents the progressive way we toward. I chose 12 domestic and 4 chain hotel, check up their web page, structure, image, reservation system and so on. So I could find out following features. First, leading hotels of internet service present convenient information in detail. Second, Image information consist of very simple document le and the hotels that have this feature are chain hotels. ird, most of hotels are lack of internet web service. And the next question is the problem that generalization of internet marketing. First, we have limit of internet users. 80% of users is 20~35th, most of them are students, sales man, etc. Second, there is technical problem. It takes long time to download deferent types of information. ird, there is unstable system. Fourth, It’s too short attractive information to internet users.
