초등학교 교사의 실과 기술 영역 PCK 형성 및 발달 과정

A Study on Elementary In-service Teachers Constructing and Developing Process of technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Practical Arts Subject

이 연구는 초등학교 교사의 실과 기술영역에 대한 PCK의 형성 및 발달 과정을 알 아보기 위해 현직 교사 6명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 수행하고 이에 대한 질적 분석 을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실과 기술 영역 PCK의 6개 영역, 실과 교육과정 지식, 실과 내용 지식, 실과 수업 방법 지식, 실과 평가 관련 지식, 학습자에 대한 지식, 교사 전문성에 대한 지식 에 대해 교사들은 각 영역을 분리하여 이해하기 보다는 ‘교육과정에 기반한 풍부한 내용 지식’, ‘학습자 수준과 실과 교육 목표에 따른 수업 방법 적용 지식’, ‘전문성 신 장을 위한 의지와 노력’ 등으로 범주화하여 이해하고 있었으며, 상대적으로 평가관 련 지식에 대한 중요도는 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 실과 기술 영역 PCK는 중, 고 등학교 및 대학과정을 통해 내용지식 중 명시적인 영역의 지식이 형성되었으며, 절 차적 지식, 학생이해, 수업방법, 평가 등은 교사양성과정 및 발령 이후 현직 경험을 통해 정교화되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 실과 기술 영역 PCK는 ‘교사용 지도서’와 ‘수업 팁 공유 사이트’의 자료원을 통해 형성 발전되며, 미리 실습해보기와 수업 팁 공유를 통해 다듬어지고 정교화되는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 타교과와는 달리 실 과 기술 영역의 PCK는 실과에 대해 흥미를 가지고 있으며, 실과 교육의 가치를 인 식한 교사들에 의해 긍정적 노력이 이루어지고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate constructing and developing process of pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) of elementary in-service teachers. It was centered at technology content area in practical arts subject. Research methods of this study were in-depth interview with six elementary in-service teachers. As a result, findings of this study are the followings: First, practical arts technology area PCK 6 areas, that is, knowledge about practical arts curriculum, practical arts contents knowledge, practical arts instructional method knowledge, knowledge related practical arts assessment and knowledge about teacher professionalism, teachers didn t understand them separately. But they accepted PCK of practical arts subject as synthetic knowledge of 6 kind areas . Second, the knowledge which relates with the curricula in PCK, leads and college education is formed, the study method and evaluation relation knowledge lead and teaching profession life they are formed. Third, practical arts technology area PCK came and from resources of `teachers guide book and `Internet sites .
