초등 수석교사효능감 척도 개발 및 타당화

Validation of Elementary school Master Teacher Efficacy Scale

본 연구는 초등학교 수석교사들의 효능감 척도를 개발하고 타당화 하는 것이 목 적이다. 자기 효능감 이론과 국내외의 교사 효능감에 대한 문헌, 교과부 수석교사 운 영 계획 등의 문서를 고찰하여 여섯 가지 하위 요인을 측정하는 문항을 구성하였고, 수석교사제 법제화 이후 처음으로 선발된 전국 초등 수석교사 자격연수자 중 시범 운영 기간의 수석교사 경험이 1회 이상 있는 192명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분 석하였다. 그 결과 교사 지원 7문항, 대인 관계 5문항, 연구 활동 지원 4문항, 학생 지 도 7문항, 의사 결정 과정 참여 5문항, 자기 연수 2문항으로 30문항이 최종 선정되었 다. 신뢰도 검증을 위해 크론바하 알파 계수를 산출하였고, 구인타당도 검증을 위하 여 요인분석을 수행하였으며 준거 관련 타당성 검증을 위하여 교사효능감과의 상관 을 검토하였다. 분석 결과 본 척도가 수석교사들의 효능감을 측정하는데 비교적 타 당하고 신뢰로운 도구로 기능할 수 있음을 보여주었다

The purpose of this study is to complete and validate the elementary school master teacher-efficacy scale. Items for the elementary school master teacher-efficacy scale were constructed based on the other studies and official documents. We collected the data from 192 trial operation experienced master teachers those who were selected across the nation. This data was analysed with SPSS(version 17) in factor analysis and correlation analysis. As a result, 30 items of the elementary school master teacher-efficacy scale has been made. It contains 6 sub-scales over the job-related areas which were ① efficacy for teaching student(7 items), ② efficacy for supporting teacher(7 items), ③ relationship (5 items), ④ efficacy for supporting research (4 items), ⑤ efficacy for participating in decision-making(4 items), ⑥ efficacy for professional(2 items). The validity between master teacher efficacy scale and teacher efficacy scale were examined to get an evidence of criterion validity of this scale. The result gave us the possibility of a generalization of this tool.
