The study is aimed at verifying whether elementary school students’ lesson satisfaction is influenced by the non-verbal communication of Taekwon-Gymnastics leaders based on leadership capacity. The subject of this study was 326 elementary school students who have experienced Taekwon -Gymnastics, and the data was analyzed as a factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model using SPSS 21.0 and the AMOS 7.0 program. The results are as follows: first, a positive (+) relationship between the non-verbal communication and the leader s competence has been verified. Second, the higher the capacity of the leader is, the more positively (+) the lesson satisfaction is influenced. Third, the direct effects of non-verbal communication on class satisfaction have been proven to affect negative (-) effects. Therefore, this study found that there was a partial mediation effect. In order to verify a mediation effect that the non-verbal communication of the leader of Taekwon-Gymnastics influences the lesson satisfaction in accordance with the leader s competence, as a result of complete mediation verification, it turns out that the non-verbal communication influences the competence of the leader, and the leader’s capacity affects the lesson satisfaction. However, even though non-verbal communication is good, it implies the importance that it does not have a direct impact on the satisfaction with the class.
