유아교사가 지각한 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 유아교사의 창의성의 관계에 관한 연구

Early childhood teacher s perception of director s transformational leadership and early childhood teacher s creativity

본 연구는 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 유아교사의 창의성 및 원 장의 변혁적 리더십과 유아교사의 창의성과의 관계를 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위해 B시의 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 330명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였 다. 연구결과, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십은 유아교사의 연령, 경력, 학 력, 직급에 따라 차이가 있었고, 유아교사의 창의성은 유아교사의 경력, 학력, 직급에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 유아교사의 창의 성은 전체 총점 및 각 하위요인별로 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 원장의 변 혁적 리더십이 유아교사의 창의성에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 유아교육기관의 창의적 조직문화를 증진시킬 수 있는 대안으로 원 장의 변혁적 리더십과 유아교사의 창의성 향상을 제안하고자 한다.

This study was early childhood teacher s perception of director s transformational leadership, teacher s creativity, and their connection. A convenient sample of 330 early childhood teachers obtained from kindergartens and daycare centers in the Pusan. The date collected of general characteristics, director s transformational leadership and teacher s creativity through questionnaires and SPSS was used. The results of study were as follows First, early childhood teachers recognized director s transformational leadership high performed and early childhood teacher s perception of director s transformational leadership differences meaningful as teacher s age, career, schooling, and class. Second, early childhood teachers recognized early childhood teacher s creativity differences meaningful as teacher s career, schooling, and class. Third, there was a positive relation between director s transformational leadership and teachers creativity. Suggest that based on the results, the director s transformational leadership and early childhood teacher s creativity should be development creative school culture.
