A Study on the Development of Festival Program through LeeSunShin s Leadership

This study suggests the following developments to activate ‘Festival Program through General LeeSunShin s Leadership. It is necessary to make various efforts to develop for ‘Festival Program through General LeeSunShin s Leadership. The purpose of this study is to explore leadership revealed in General LeeSunShin s life that has exerted a significant influence upon the substance of the spiritual and practical worlds, and to give Koreanstyle Festival Program the practical paradigms of ideal ‘Festival Program shown through General LeeSunShin. In 21st century of borderless business era, the circumstances around companies change very rapidly. Therefore, it is required for ‘Festival Program , which is responsible to lead participants effort and direction, to be presented to a new direction which is suitable for new paradigm. In order to investigate, the researcher examined this study through Descriptive Content analysis Method. Before discussing this research, the researcher simply illustrated the concept of ‘Festival Program and various studies of General LeeSunShin s ‘Festival Program based on practical background. This study not only supplies the explanation about the phenomenon of ‘Festival Program but also makes it possible to recognize the importance of General LeeSunShin s leadership.
