There are above 1,000 star names in Western World, and in most of them are derived from Arabic. The purpose of this paper is to study of star names in English which are derived from Arabic. In the phonological aspect, Arabic consonants and vowels retained its phonetic value in English. But in some consonants which do not exist in English they are changed and represented in similar pronunciation. In some they are reflexed in the Latin pronunciation. Because the star names are introduced in English through Latin. In the morphological aspect, the words and phrases are reviewed in the phases of article, construct state and noun-adjective phrase. In some cases their forms agree with Arabic, but in other cases they disagree with Arabic and their grammaticality is violated. In the astronomical terms are examined in the aspects of non-derived and derived from Arabic. And the most well-known 13 star names are examined individually by way of alphabetical order. They are arranged in the order of loan English, Korean meaning, Arabic meaning and the language or languages through which the star names are derived from Arabic into English.
