생활안전 역량 강화를 위한 민간경비 활용 방안

Utilization of Private Security to Enhance the Life Safety

오늘날 민간경비는 모든 인 환경에서 보호를 담당하는 요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 민간경비 조직들은 단순히 개인의 재산을 보호 하는 활동을 넘어, 질서유지 등 생활안에 기여하는 바가 크다. 민간경비는 고객을 심으로 안에 한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 시민이 보호받고 안정된 생활을 함에 따라 체 사회의 안 에도 기여하게 되는 것이다. 본 연구는 생활안에 한 역량을 강화할 수 있는 방안으로 민간경 비를 활용하는 측면에서 근을 시도하다. 생활안과 련되는 기는 개인을 심으로, 소범와 ·범로 구분할 수 있다. 민간 경비는 그 역할이 요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 활용 방안에 한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비의 역할이 강화되어야 한다. 둘째, 민간경비를 통한 안사각지의 조기발견 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 셋째, 안문화를 한 민간경비의 사회 기여 방안을 마련하여야 한다. 넷째, 지역사회 련기의 교육에 민간경비를 포함시켜야 한다.

Today, private security has an important role to play in all threatening environments. Private security agencies are more than simply protecting individuals property, contributing to life safety, such as maintaining order. Private security is providing security services for customers. However, as citizens live a protected and stable life, they also contribute to the safety of the whole society. This study attempted to use the private security as a way to strengthen the competence of life safety. Crisis related to the safety of life can be divided into narrow range and medium and wide range, focusing on individual. The role of private security is considered to be important, and suggestions on how to use it are as follows. First, the role of private security should be strengthened. Second, an early detection system for safety blindness must be established through private security. Third, the social contribution plan of private security should be prepared for safety culture. Fourth, private security should be included in the education of the community and related organizations.
